Brad has spent the past 20 years in the franchise industry as a Business Consultant and as a multi-unit franchisee. During that time he’s worked with hundreds of franchisees, negotiated leases, reviewed construction plans, managed construction from the ground up, trained countless franchisees and reviewed thousands of P&L's.

 

Born and raised in Georgia, he became a Georgia Realtor in 2015 and a Florida Realtor in 2023. Real Estate has always been passion of his. He absolutely loves helping clients realize their dream of homeownership or finding that next investment property. His background as a consultant has proven highly beneficial when it comes to attention to detail, negotiations and analyzing complex problems. He has a straightforward approach to helping clients and that begins with putting them first.

 

When not selling Real Estate, he enjoys traveling, flying airplanes and spending time with family. He would be honored to assist you with your Real Estate needs.
